Elephante is an music artist and DJ, songwriter and producer based in L.A. Elepjante taught himself to play guitar at a young age while also being professionally trained to play classical piano. After graduating from Harvard University, Elephante decided he wanted to become involved in the music industry and came up with his stage name, “Elephante,” as a reference to being the “elephant in the room,” describing his experience working in the corporate world. He started out making remixes of other songs, and later produced originals. His mission became to write songs that mean something to people, push boundaries and expectations and making music go beyond a genre. Elephante fuses EDM, pop, trap and various genres into his music and ode’s his inspiration to music artist Skrillex.
