Kali Uchis is a genre-crossing singer, songwriter, director and producer. As a teenager, Kali Uchis learned to play different interests and also had an interest for visual arts. As she began creating her own music, she would eventually self-release and land a deal with a major label. Kali Uchis typically promotes her music with videos she directed and often collaborates with major artists such as Tyler The Creator, Snoop Dogg, GoldLink and others. Kali Uchis has also created music with Spanish flare and language as she has Colombian heritage and also spent time in Colombia growing up.
