Country singer Trent Harmon won the final season of the original run of American Idol. Though he won in June 2016 his debut album was not released until May 2018. Harmon explains the delay by saying that he wasn’t ready, now he has a message and knows who he needs to say it to. He has co-writing credits on eight of You’ve Got Em All’s eleven songs.
