What are you most looking forward to about your position?
I’m looking forward to create music-centric events that bring our students together.
Which event are you most excited to coordinate this year?
I’m definitely most excited to plan an outdoor, on-campus concert. I want it to be easily accessible, affordable, and have festival style vibes.
What do you hope to gain from this experience?
I hope to gain experience with booking and coordinating live music, as well as to learn more about the multi-faceted music industry as a whole.
What performer or comedian do you think will be hot on college campuses this Fall? Why?
Khalid is blowing up, so I am sure many colleges will want to book him! I think his lyrics are really relatable to our generation, and his feel-good style works well with the college population.
